Hurl To The Horizon
Doubled the range of throwing items, after adding the bonus for Epic Strength
Scion can move full speed while climbing, after making a successful climbing roll, and can make a second action (as per multiple actions) while doing so
Spend a point of Legend, and convert all damage taken from a single attack from Lethal to Bashing. Excess Bashing damage still converts to Lethal.
Spend a point of Legend to recover 1 Level of Damage, Lethal or Bashing.
In the event of failing a surprise test, the Scion instinctively doubles the relevant DV for the oncoming attack.
Add an additional automatic success for each dot of Epic Dex in the roll to escape a Clinch. Also, spend 1 Legend to escape being bound. Cannot be observed while doing it, unless the witnesses are members of the Scion’s Band or Fatebound.
Clinch deals L instead of B
One Inch Punch
Spend 3L and Apply the full force of your strength with a single limb and/or restricted range of motion.
Spend 1L and Can move as if it was a Dash on conventional climbing surfaces, and can climb smooth surfaces as if walking, but -4 Dice to any actions while doing so*
Can parry lethal attacks while unarmed, or spend 1L to grow armor with 5L/5B soak for the remainder of the scene. Encumberance +1
Spend 1L to to heal 1A damage, or regrow lost body parts.
Roll 3 to Communicate with animals (Monkeys).
Roll 5, and spend a point of Willpower to issue a command to an animal. This command cannot be suicidal or impossible, from the animal’s perspective.
Eye Of The Storm
Spend a point of Legend for the scene. During the scene, no matter what tumult comes, the Scion is immune to the Chaos, so long as they don’t involve themselves directly in it.
Roll 4. If you succeed, you may know what the trigger condition to either defuse or cause the most Chaos in a scene.
Roll 6, and spend a point of Legend. The Scion causes a rousing shout that reduces the attacks of all enemies within earshot by 1 die for attacks equal to the Scion’s Legend.
Spend 1L, and take a Speed 3 Action, and roll 7( +7). Pick an Attribute (Probably Dex) and add one die per success to all rolls with that attribute.
Spend 1L Per Item and roll 7. Hide a small item until it is blatantly used. Those wth Legend resist using their Per + Awa vs. the user’s Man + Ste. Can also hide small creatures in plain sight.
Spend 1L and touch a character using a boon or spell, and have them treat their Legend as 1 Higher.
If targeted with an all purpose boon or spell while guarding, roll 7 to attempt to avoid being affected by it. The difficulty is the user’s Legend if a boon for that purview is known, twice their Legend otherwise. Can also counter a boon or spell not targeting the character, but this costs 1W extra and requires a Miscellaneous action.
Johnny Lee is medium height, with a lean, slim athlete’s build, like the master martial artist he is. In his early 30’s, Lee has dark, slicked back hair, with dark eyes, if you can see them past his dark glasses. His skin is a little tanned by time in the sun, and his teeth are annoyingly white. He has a single silver earring in his left ear. Johnny Lee is almost never seen without a battered leather jacket, tight leather pants, dark boots and gloves, over shirts emblazoned with obscure Chinese characters. He goes out of his way to dress as cliche as possible. A very simple cord of silk goes around he neck, and under his shirt, to where he wears a stone shard. Sometimes he can be seen with an unusually darkly colored Rhesus monkey, who rides on his shoulders.
When on a job, he prefers long sleeve shirts and loose pants of light material, also in faded dark colors, like a black or a dark gray, still keeping his gloves, but trading his boots for, soft, split-toed shoes of the type worn by practitioners of parkour, and may deign to wear a ubiquitous ski-mask. He wears his staff in a special sling across his back, or carries it, likewise does he with his jian sword, either wearing it strapped to his back when he’s not carrying the staff, or worn on his hip. Of late he has also taken to wearing an elbow-length glove of a golden hue, which appears to looks like it’s made of silk, though has a texture and hardiness much more like leather to the touch.
